Jr. High Band Concert
Jr. High Quiz Bowl won 5 out of 6 games at the Regional Quiz Bowl Competition.
They placed 3rd.

There will be no tutoring at the Middle School this afternoon.
Jr. High Quiz Bowl team won 1st place at the Northeast Arkansas Educational Cooperative Friday, January 28th.
HMS students, as you just got the message, no school tomorrow. Your assignments will be in google classroom just like we have practice every week. Please get them done while we are out where you won't get behind.
Spring pictures will be taken on March 31st @ 8:00 a.m.
Students remember to do your work the next two days. You don't want to get behind. Take care of yourself and be safe.

REMINDERS FOR OFF SITE LEARNING
*Students are to check their emails periodically throughout the day.
*Students are to check Google Classroom for each of their core classes.
*Students are expected to complete all assignments in Google Classroom for the day to not be counted absent. Reminder: If you miss 2 days or less and maintain an A or B, you will get to stay home during semester tests.
*Teachers will be available on Go Guardian if students need to communicate for help with assignments.
*Students or parents may contact their teachers at any time during school hours via email.
Middle School report cards will be mailed out on Thursday, January 6th.

Semester Tests
1st Semester 2021-22
Wednesday, December 15th: Test in Periods 1,3,5,7
Thursday, December 16th: Test in Periods 2,4,6,8
Friday, December 17th: Make-up exams
Exemption Policy
Students that have an A and no more than two absences are exempt from semester exams for that period. Students that have a B and no more than one day will be exempt from semester exams for that period. They have the choice to take the exam if they wish to improve their grade. Students that are exempt will not have to attend school, December 15th, 16th, and 17th.
