Cherokee Elementary teachers Courtney Arnold, Jamie Martin, and Patti Abney recently earned National Board Certification. Highland Superintendent Don Sharp presented "Above and Beyond" Certificates in recognition of their hard work to achieve this certification.
The Highland School District's board voted today to continue to follow the CDC and Arkansas Department of Health recommendations in wearing masks while on school campus, buses, and school activities for the remainder of the school year.
ALL 9th & 10th grade students will participate in ACT Aspire summative testing starting tomorrow, April 6th - 8th. ALL testing will be conducted ON-SITE; meaning virtual students are required to come on campus for testing sessions. Testing will start at 8:00 each morning.
