Remote Learning

We are having a REMOTE LEARNING DAY on Wednesday, November 4! A remote learning day is a day in which students learn from home. This is a way for us to test the systems we have in place, in case we ever need to learn remotely for a period of time. (Snow days may be a thing of the past.) If your student needs to come that day, buses will be running, buildings will be open, and we will have staff to monitor them. Teachers will also be on campus. Breakfast and lunch for all remote students that day may be picked up at the CES cafeteria from 9 am - 10 am. Students on campus will follow a more traditional breakfast and lunch schedule.

We have set up or arranged internet access points at different locations across the district. They are listed below. Please make sure if you use one of these locations that you are courteous and leave the area in the same way you found it, and do not block the driveways (or firetruck bays).

Cherokee Elementary School (connect to HSD Guest)

Highland High School (connect to HSD Guest)

A. L. Hutson Memorial Center (connect to HSD Guest)
