Telecommunications

     Replace old phone system with VOIP or upgrade with current technology

     Looking to add Cellular Service (12 phones with local and long distance as well as text messaging included)

    Adding fiber between buildings to enable the upgrade

Internet Access

      Possible fiber project to connect an existing building -- 6000 ft of fiber

     Increase bandwidth as much as affordable--looking for at least 5 -10 mg

     Maintaining web hosting service for district

Internal Connections

      Adding 12 layer 2 managed switches

Basic Maintenance

     Maintaining  CIV maintenance contract for Polycom Codec
